I am currently recovering from FAI and labrum repair surgery on my right hip. But not long ago, I was a CrossFit gym owner, Navy Intelligence Chief, equestrian and weightlifter. Now that I have sold my business and retired from the Navy, I am looking forward to starting the next chapter in Bethesda MD with my, soon to be Oral Surgery Resident, boyfriend and our two crazy doggies. Let the journey begin!
