Minions don't happen to be my preference, but this lanyard was on sale, so I grabbed it. And, a water bottle that I can hang from it as I drink TONS of water. This should be handy :)
And I found this thing! Im so excited to keep track of my daily requirements with this! 6 hours of CPM machine, 2 hours of prone position, calf flexes, and 30 minutes on the bike will be so easy to track and help me tick away at the weeks and months till I can get back to my barbell and horses!
